Agree that if it is proven that an incentive program is keeping people from reporting injuries, it has to be changed. But to say just because the program is in place, a site has to change it or get out of VPP is wrong. I also think that proactive programs are a very good thing. VPP sites using such programs, show rate reductions in injuries will share that info and others will follow getting away from injury illness rates. To say a worker is not going to report an injury for a piece of Pizza is an insult.
