TOO OFTEN emergency responders are trained that BLEVEs ONLY occur with Flammable Liquidfied Gases.  This is a a FLASE BELEIF!  A Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion can occur with any highly volitale liquid stored in a pressure vessel.  As this video shows, a cryogenic liquid container (Nitrogen in the video) will BLEVE; just minus the huge fireball aftet the failure of the vessel.  Cryogenic materials have EXTREMELY LOW Boiling Points and are serious BLEVE candiates!
