I need the following information when you request an invoice: 1) Your Name, 2) Company Name, 3) Mailing Address, 4) Phone and Fax #'s, 5) the type of Membership you wish to purchase. PLEASE NOTE that I process invoices on weekends, so you may experience a delay in getting access to the members area. If you are RENEWING an existing membership I reset the membership at the time of the invoice request; but NEW memberships get set when PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
