During a recent internal audit we found that a limited number of cartridges used for our 7000 and 9000 series respirators had gas/vapor breakthrough which is below the NIOSH standard. While not all gas or vapor cartridge models experienced breakthrough below the NIOSH standard, in an abundance of caution we have decided to implement a voluntary recall and stop sale of the following Moldex 7000 series gas or vapor cartridges and assembled respirators with gas or vapor cartridges with any manufacturing lot number before 121112000. Moldex will replace all returned product to you or your customer at no charge.
