The Incident Alerts publications are sent out via e-mail 2X a week, as well as posted here for FREE for one month anyone to use.  Their intended purpose is to raise awareness of workplace accidents, specifically the frequency in which they occur, with the hope that workers will begin to realize that accidents happen much more often than they think.  I breakdown the accidents into four (4) categories:  Industrial, Construction, Workplace Violence and Miscellaneous.  I only report accidents that occur at fixed facilities.  I do not report on transportation accidents and I no longer include accidents involving Fire or Police departments personnel.
