| I worked with Bryan at BFG when he was our Safety Manager. Bryan brought an entirely new way of managing safety when we need it most. He was all about the working employees and what was best for us. We may not have seen eye to eye on every issue, but he always worked with us to get the best solution in place. I learned more about safety and health practices in three years with Brian than in my entire career prior to meeting him. His energy, passion, and enthusiasm is very contagious. | I worked with Bryan to get his views on an upcoming Ammonia Refrigeration Process Safety publication. We spent an entire day going over the work and his input was of excellent value. Bryan understands Process Safety on a deep level and brings a wealth of knowledge concerning best practices to the table. Most impressive to me was that when we wandered into obscure topics that Bryan was not an expert in he made it clear that we were working in opinions and not facts. This is a rare and wonderful attribute in a consultant.

| Recently, Bryan performed some PSM related consulting work at one of our power plants. He has also done work for us in the area of confined space and emergency response consulting and training. To say that Bryan has an extensive knowledge of these three topic matters completely undersells him. He has a gift of being able to explain complicated requirements in a way that you can understand. Bryan is "the safety professional's safety professional." You can tell that he has a passion for making a difference and that he loves what he does. He has an enthusiasm that is contageous and is a pleasure to be around. If ever asked "should I hire Bryan to perform PSM consulting for me?" my response would be "What are you waiting for?"
